Friend Baker was Disney music. Mainly known as the author of the Haunted Mansion melody and report, he was also a author of films (Wicked Woman, The Fox and the Hound), tv shows (the original Mickey Mouse Membership), and numerous theme playground visitors attractions (World of Motion, Magic of China, Kitchen Kaberet, Impressions de France) around the world. From a humble beginning in Springfield, Missouri, Friend Baker began composing and organizing music young. He worked for most of the very best big rings, then began organizing music on reach radio shows (the Bob Wish show, the Eddie Cantor show, the Jack Benny program) before engaging in film. His 30-plus-year job with the Walt Disney Company put him near the top of his field, working alongside lots of the greats, including Walt Disney himself.
