Chief Area Ranger Henry Shore has dealt with and fought real live dinosaurs at his favorite Crater Lake Country wide Area for over six years. By using his rangers, a few fearless FBI friends, and military military, he'd been victorious on the prehistoric lake creature and years later some especially fiendish, and brilliant, specimens of the soaring variety. He and his publication publisher wife, Ann, thought their park was finally rid of the monsters and they could reclaim their tranquil life in a location they cherished. Not so.
