THE FIRST Tudors A Level History series goes through the OCR standards step-by-step, ensuring that you have the required knowledge to execute throughout the period of your course and help put together you for your A Level. The series is made by Nick Fellows, a business lead examiner for OCR that has written many books around the Tudors, Katie Fellows, who is currently studying for her D.Phil ever sold at St Peter's School, Oxford, and Oxford historian, Dr Glyn Redworth, who is a specialist in Early Modern Uk & European history. In addition to the main series content, Dr Redworth also considers key term or concepts that may give our listeners a nice point of view on each part of analysis and help them to understand issues clearly, simply and originally. The course is break up between 2 key elements - the Period Study, 1485-1547 and the Enquiry Element, The Mid-Tudor Crises - 1547-1558. The Period Study will examine the next areas:

• The federal government of Henry VII and dangers to his rule
• Henry VII's foreign policy
• Henry VIII and Wolsey
• The reign of Henry VIII after 1529

The Enquiry Topic will examine the next areas:

• The stability of the monarchy
• Religious changes
• Rebellion and unrest

Within the Enquiry component, the emphasis will be on the critical use of information in investigating and assessing historical questions, problems and issues.
