The Communist Manifesto was conceived as an outline of the basic values of the Communist movement. The authors believed that the Western powers were universally worried of the nascent movement, and were condemning as "Communist" people or activities that didn't actually conform to the particular Communists believed. This manifesto, then, became a manual for his or her beliefs. In it we find Marx and Engels' rehearsal of the idea that Capital has stolen away the work of the artisan and peasant because they build up factories to create goods cheaply. The efficiency of Capital depends, then, on the wage laborers who staff the factories and how little they will accept to be able to acquire work. This concentrates vitality and money in a bourgeois school that profits from the disunity of personnel (proletarians), who only receive a subsistence wage. If personnel unite in a school struggle resistant to the bourgeois, using riot and hits as weapons, they will eventually overthrow the bourgeois and replace them as a ruling school. Communists further have confidence in and lay out something of reforms to change into a classless, stateless world, thus distinguishing themselves from various tastes of socialism, which would be content to have personnel remain the ruling school after the trend.
