Words Not Bullets is a book of poems by Michael Becker, a former police chief. One of the poems included are "The Attention Taker", "Angels", "Heaven", "Humble Abode", "Grandfather's Prayer", and even more than 100 others. Michael Becker was raised in Michigan. His father, a Greyhound bus drivers, was always on the road. This got young Michael by using an adventurous journey all over the state, surviving in numerous cities. This is the start of what formed his life. He previously to quickly learn the needs and wants of others and how to live with them. This made him very available minded about others and exactly how they resided their lives. This also gave him the various tools needed to be a decent officer, and Key of Police. The main part of shaping his life was the love and light he received throughout his entire life. A few of his accomplishments were: originator and father of the Michigan Law enforcement Olympics; a member of their state Frequency Allocation Mother board and Legislation Committee; and a member of the Clare Optimist Team. Today he is a father and grandfather. He lost his wife of 45 years in 2011. Today he walks a darker highway, but never only due to wonderful friends he as attained along the quest throughout his entire life.
