Set in 1919, The Greatest Living Englishman says the comedic escapades of "England's Worst Poet" Colin Gilfeather Millaney: an egotistical - though loveable - rhymer who's wholly untouched with even the faintest speck of expertise. Nonetheless it is too past due to correct the problem, as Colin is on his way. Troubles, and hilarity, soon follow.
