The Cherry Orchard is Chekhov's final play, first performed in 1904 at the Moscow Art work Theatre and aimed by Konstantin Stanislavski. It takes put on the Ranevsky family's country house, which boasts a huge cherry orchard that is bloom as the play opens. The family is gathering at the house for a reunion but also to decide how to handle their debts, which have reached an emergency point. The impractical Lyubov and her sibling, Gaev, hope for a magic to pay their home loan as the successful product owner Lopakhin advises those to cut down the orchard and sell the land.
