A schizophrenic writer, who has just been released from a mental establishment, returns to his childhood home, which he previously inherited from his father. Though the outside the house appears to have been well looked after, he discovers that the house's interior has dropped to ruin. Working his way upstairs, his attention calls for him to his parent's room, of which, to his amazement, he sees has been restored to the time when he was a child. Checking other rooms, he sees they have dropped to decay, but upon entering his bedroom, he sees it too is not handled by time. After having a night of constant terror, helped bring by the looks a vintage animated doll, a big shadowy figure, and a few ghosts, his head keeps searching for the reason why the house is slipping to ruin and has recently become haunted.
