Since the earliest days of recorded human history, people have constructed buildings not simply to provide shelter but to send a message. The earliest texts of Judaism speak of the patriarchs building to indicate a location or event, while the Mayan market leaders of South America built ziggurats not only to sacrifice their foes but also to show their power to others. The Arc de Triomphe in France is just that, an arch to indicate France's overcome both its foes and itself during the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Wars. It should come as no surprise that in the dark days following a terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, New York City began searching for a few way to show its restoration and deal with. The clear way to do just that was to rebuild what had been destroyed. Since there was no way to bring back the lives of these lost, the most simple avenue was to rebuild the Twin Towers that got fallen, but there was more to be achieved than to just rebuild the lost Twin Towers; the new building was to be bigger, taller, and better than before, as everyone hoped the country would in some way be. Within the decade that used, the first of a new millennium, the Liberty Tower experienced many of the same fluctuations that the country did. Ideas to rebuild it were satisfied with the same degree of controversy as those to deal with the war on terror. Moreover, its acceptance ebbed and flowed with the fickle hearts of any people produced weary with fighting with each other an enemy abroad and a poor current economic climate at home. Political parties increased into and dropped out of electric power, changing again and again the environment where the builders were wanting to work. At some items, it looked like that the task would never end. Thankfully, the building itself finally understood victory and opened to the general public, much as it appears america has made some inroads in the war against terror. At the same time, there is much remaining to do on both fronts, as the owners of 1 World Trade Middle continue to attempt to rent out the area they have created, and the ones fighting with each other terrorism at home and in foreign countries continue to try to weed out the last vestiges of these who wish the country ill. Ultimately, the final final result on both fronts remains anonymous, though a lot of the same heart of patriotism and perseverance drives the market leaders of the country and the Center to a much wished for victory. Those that continue to hold out wish them Godspeed, as they look on from a distance and up close at the flag traveling near the top of the trade center and over the hillsides of Afghanistan. The Liberty Tower: THE ANNALS of New York City's One World Trade Middle talks about the construction history of the Twin Towers' replacement. You will learn about the Liberty Tower like nothing you've seen prior, in no time at all.
