In May 1941, Hitler's Deputy, Rudolf Heβ flew solo to THE UK. The explanation for his flight remained a unknown throughout the rest of the Warfare as he helped bring no new calmness proposals, provided no new perception into Hitler's strategies, and didn't claim political asylum. In May 1945 and with the warfare almost at an end, the British Government must decide whether to send the frequently overwrought Heβ back to Germany to face trial on warfare crimes charges. The government requires an individual whose word bears weight throughout the world to help using its decision and seizes upon Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson as the perfect people to conduct an investigation into Heβ's fitness to face trial and record the analysis. Holmes's interrogation of Heβ is a highly remarkable affair and the real reason why Heβ flew to THE UK is utterly unexpected. Watson's papers on this case were only uncovered in the summer of 2015 which is the first time they are published. It really is, however, already clear that "The Führer and his Deputies" may cause the rewriting of background books as, enlightened by the transcript of Holmes's interview of Heβ, many issues which have as yet been obscure, are exposed in a fresh but wholly convincing light.
