After several peculiar balls of light invade the night sky over the tiny mountain town of Fulton, Montana, some missing person information follow. As Kenneth Marshall, a lieutenant with the Montana Condition patrol, begins analysis into the subject, the US Military and several administration agencies occur and demand that he ceases all queries. Upon achieving a well-informed professor from Missoula, Ken discovers that aliens have been involved with the disappearances of visitors from express parks for years and are currently responsible for the abductions in Fulton. Motivated to kill the aliens, Ken ends up hiding from the federal government, the army, and the aliens. Teaming up with two of his friends, and the professor, they begin looking for a way to destroy the animals, who are using humans for food.
