The enemy enters our thoughts through our anatomies. God reaches our anatomies though our thoughts. Welcome to the dieting mind. Welcome to the brand new way to lose excess weight and keep it off forever. With very little exercise, while eating what you want - you will eventually lose weight. All while being conformed to the image of Christ. Welcome to The Diet Mind, where we change just how we think, and our anatomies transform. As the snail secretes its shell, so the heart secretes its body. Your body was created to eat. Additionally it is designed to survive. Sometimes survival becomes so hard, we move toward the main one infantile desire and sign forever and security. That is certainly food. Something in your daily life may have influenced you toward mental eating as a coping mechanism. You are dealing with your survival. So, stop trying to struggle that battle for now. Let's chip away at the challenge. Rather than going for the root of the challenge, let's drill a hole in the stump and light it burning. If we will be experts over our anatomies, we must understand what addiction is. Craving comes from two Latin words: Advertisement - interpretation to. And dicere - to say. It's where we get the word diction. As in: "he's great diction." A difficult, literal interpretation of the word addiction is: to say. Addictions start whenever we start stating "I want that. I want that. I can't be happy without that." Then we start desiring "that" without stating it any further. A pathway is blazoned inside our brains that moves our bodies. Our anatomies move our hands and ft such as a puppet directing us with strings tied to our needs. And the moment you tell it, "You can not have any cheesecake today." That's when it kicks into high equipment. The scheming starts the moment you said it. "No cheesecake." Your body, your number, this thing designed specifically for you is addicted to pleasure. Anything that makes it feel good - it has the propensity to be addicted to. You must grasp it. Craving means "to say." What have you been informing yourself? Whatever it is, stop it. Stop stating "I am addicted to food." Try out this, "My body is addicted to food." Our need for food is at the core of each addiction. To stop the addiction, to refuse yourself food, it is possible to confront the habit from another type of angle. Psychological eating is addiction. But believe it or not, the habit is not for the meals, it is made for the feeling you get from the meals. It is vital to keep it split. Remember what I wrote about my growling abdominal? No matter where I am, when my abdominal growls at me needing food, I say, "I'll reach you when I'm ready." If you want this audiobook, would you please leave a review and rating? It helps me greatly.
