Verily, verily, initially I lost nine-and-a-half stone on the slow-carb diet modeled on that of Tim Ferriss in his book The 4-Hour Body. My publication, Gradual Carb 2, tweaking that diet, with extras including testosterone boosting and vegan options is worth a look. But the weight loss come to a plateau even with that excellent diet, so I made a decision to change things up a bit, listed below are some of the diets I either tried, in some instances created or have been interested in since, with my reflections, in alphabetical order. You may come across one you like the audio of, or on the other hand some you'll then wisely plan to avoid! I am sure most if not all can be carried out more efficiently and certainly more healthily than I've, so they are just my personal experiences and viewpoints.
