The Uncanny is the storyline of Richard Storm, a producer of horror films. He involves England looking for the real counterpart of the ghosts that contain made him abundant. At a party he reads aloud the typical British ghost account which influenced his Hollywood profession, and all of the sudden, uncannily, begins a chain of actions that actually brings to life his first horror movie. Harper Albright is a hunter, a rider of the tide of the Uncanny, whose credo is merely, "Believe nothing". Once young and beautiful, she's dedicated her life to seeking out and destroying the bad Iago, her former lover, now the hunter of these kid. Harper must eliminate Iago before he can find all the hints to recreate the Philosopher's Rock, that may give him immortality at the price of his son's life. With Richard's reading at the party, Iago's trail all of the sudden grows hot. A path of ghost stories stretching out from Storm's videos back to the center Ages provide the clues that may lead to Iago.
