Sometimes, things at Irene Kelly and Frank Harriman's house get anxious. She's a hardcore investigative reporter in southern California and he's a no-nonsence city detective who likes to notice the bad reports first. Then Irene requires issues into her own hands, departing the police stumbling for a remedy, and catapulting herself directly into the type of flames of two madmen with long-held grudges and two ripe patients prepared to take the fall.
