Loup Garron was born and elevated in Santa Olivia, an isolated, disenfranchised town next to a U.S. military base in the demilitarized buffer area between Texas and Mexico. Aware that she could lose her flexibility, and perhaps her life, Loup is determined to deal with to redress the wrongs her community has suffered. And like the reincarnation of the patron saint, she'll bring desire to most of Santa Olivia.
