One windy night time on the Willamette River, a man with passionate notions of any sailing life crashes his boat into a railroad bridge, nearly killing his partner. As the seasons bring changes to the river, Chad and this makeshift community change the other person in surprising ways, understanding how to love, to trust, and heal.
