When Official Ben Graystock becomes sick and tired of drug supplier Avery Spade's capacity to avoid arrest, he attempts a highly unlawful solution to bust the unlawful. Ben sets flame to Avery's house. The official assumes fire investigators will dsicover the meth lab evidence and make an arrest. The plan does not work, resulting in Ben searching for Avery's other medicine labs and placing additional arsons. Officer and volunteer firefighter Stuart Thompson is assigned to investigate these arsons. Thompson also is actually Graystock's close friend and spouse at the authorities department.
