This novel uses three personas: Lorraine, Lexy, and Ella. Lorraine: Not long ago, Lorraine lost her hubby to another woman. She thought that was the most detrimental thing that could happen to her, but soon she realizes it's just the beginning of an everlasting headache. Lexy: Lexy, an au pair from London, techniques to Seattle to help Lorraine with her baby kid. But she didn't come for the kid...she emerged for another thing. Ella: When Ella gets a call from her sister, Lorraine, who begs her to leave NORTH PARK to invest time with her, she determines to take a few days off from work to go to her. Frightened to observe how much Lorraine has weakened since her analysis eight months before, she packs a bag and mind to Seattle with a foreboding feeling that this might be the last time she views Lorraine. But on her behalf way to the international airport, she discovers that something stunning has occurred since she earlier spoke with Lorraine and now. To make issues worse, once Ella will come in Seattle, Lorraine's report maintains changing, making Ella question how reliable her sister is really. Soon Ella is entangled in a mysterious investigation, and, way more, in the lives of everybody included. She realizes not only that she won't go back home anytime soon, but also that she'll never take a look at others the same manner she did before.
