Many people have used the word "wellness" to focus on that positive health is a lot more than simply being clear of disorder - there is an additional quality to maintaining a health well-being. Activities and habits that contribute to a wholesome life are regular physical exercise, nutrition, adequate sleep, no cigarette use, no unwanted alcohol use, and of course, avoiding the use of non-essential drugs.
