Michael was the youngest in his family - just eight yrs . old - and loved to watch his favorite Television show called Dark Shadows. Michael's more mature brother David and his sister Susan would constantly sneak up while Michael was enjoying Dark Shadows in the dark and scare him. Even though his brother and sister do a good job scaring him, what really worried Michael the most was the vampire Barnabas Collins. At night when Michael would get under the ranges he would shake like a leaf and gradually pull the ranges over his mind. Michael's bedroom didn't have a door, which worried the living daylights out of him. One stormy nighttime when Michael was resting in bed aiming to sleep, he noticed a black pet cat walk across his windows, in the same way the lightening lit the sky. Michael jumped out of foundation and ran down the hall to his parent's room to settle their foundation until day. Michael's parents advised him to avoid enjoying Dark Shadows and perhaps his fear of sleeping in his foundation alone would diminish. Michael said, "I wouldn't be so worried if my brother and sister would stop teasing me. Once in a while I would yank the covers gradually down below my eyes sufficient to carefully turn my head and find out my brother walk across my doorway dressed up in a cape and tell me he was arriving to get me soon. I would just yank the ranges over my mind and shake like a leaf and pray for daylight." The next nighttime as Michael was resting during intercourse, the caped body went approved his bedroom doorway and the body said, "Soon, soon, you will become a member of the dead."
