The Eroes of Thames explains to the story of a famous swimmer, Peter Jimpson and his child, also called Peter, trying to maintain their fame in the top city of London. The daddy designed a skit in which his child would fake drowning in the Thames, and a arbitrary passerby (actually Peter himself) would drastically rescue the son. His plan is thwarted whenever a pair of grifters get onto Peter's plan and stop him from pursuing through with it as organized.
