Maury gets the power to draw dreams into the waking world, providing the dreams corporeal form. These dream-people range from seemingly human statistics, to monstrous beasts compelled by the most primal urges. Once exposed to real life, the dreams progress, adapting to their environment. Maury is gathering dreams for screen at Lucidity, the soon-to-open Museum of Dreams. From a boy named Kevin, he takes away Mr. Freakshow, a nightmare nourishing on the injury of Kevin having just lately witnessed his father's murder. As Maury comes deeply in love with a dream-woman named Enjoyment, he realizes how incorrect it is to enclose the dreams. Through the Lucidity's Grand Beginning, Mr. Freakshow escapes.
