In 1997 four people experiencing debilitating and incurable ailments are all of the sudden and inexplicably treated after exposure to some tropical holistic treatment. Does they make good use of the gift, or have they squander their second chance? When Daddy Pavlos finally satisfies Dr. Setiawan in 2010 2010, the discourse of that which was ultimately finished with the herbs comes to a startling climax that may cause someone to re-examine their own sense of morality. Dr. Setiawan's colleague and good friend, a medical oncologist, tries to understand the cosmological and religious implications of the treatment and his conclusions are amazingly intertwined with current knowledge and historic mysticism.
