A happy labor force is a productive workforce. At the moment, the Wizard's employees are neither. The goblins are annoyed using their working conditions, the dragonslayer has thrown a hissy fit over his medical insurance (or absence thereof) and many people are annoyed about the awful canteen coffee. The Wizard hasn't received time to get worried about revolution at work - he's about to see his great business plan (predicated on entrepreneurial flair and affecting one or two parallel worlds) disrupted by a clueless son. Side effects may include a huge gap in the fabric of reality. That is almost certainly going to be a bad trip to the office.
