Tom Joyce worked in Ohio jails and the Ohio Talk about Penitentiary. During his military services service, he needed ex-Nazis to Frankfurt, Germany, for de-Nazification proceedings. After military services service, he received a PhD from Cornell School. He has trained training in criminology and sociology to FBI brokers, cops, and school students. For many years, he has been writing, rewriting, and re-rewriting reports in regards to a Vienna law enforcement officials inspector in the 1930s and 1940s. He has three novels and a dozen short reports gleaned from chapters in the novels. He is now focusing on book four. Vienna: Years Ago includes six short stories concentrating on a collection of folks in 1945 Vienna, including a Vienna law enforcement officials inspector, an American soldier, a ex - SS major, an American female doctor, and different friends, enthusiasts, spouses, and opponents.
