Hi - I am Nick Vulich. I've put in over 15 years as a retail manager, and have professionally hired close to five hundred employees. Obviously I put him on a plane a few days later to interview with the big wigs for a management position. There was also the girl who strolled in the store, ceased to straighten the wrinkled carpet, and found a wrapper and threw it away. By doing those two things, she outgunned several of my seasoned staff. I probably need not tell you, both these people got the work. Little things, big results.
