Download Building a Financial Fortress: Lessons From the Great Recession for Savers and Investors AudioBook Free
This audiobook is a re-publication of the blog I were only available in the depths of the fantastic Tough economy in March 2011. Throughout that time, as I agonized over trading, keeping, and potential job loss, I developed an investment viewpoint I dubbed the "Financial Fortress" and published a series of posts about it along with other posts about specific property classes, investment strategies and related subject areas. My two biggest successes have been around in real estate and treasured metals. During the Great Tough economy, I made some hostile moves, using pension savings, to get distressed condominiums in Orange Region, California. Furthermore to enjoying positive cash flow while I managed the properties, I have just completed one sales and have a second one in escrow, doubling my money in five years. I also made an hostile move into silver (US Gold Eagle coins) to watch them triple in value, of which time I sold specific rolls on EBay and held the others for future understanding. The substance of the Financial Fortress is the fact as savers and traders, we need to first have a solid defense before we can have a solid criminal offense. As volatility in world markets seems to aggravate each year and booms/busts are more extreme, preservation of capital is paramount but so is finding opportunities to leverage what we've to be able to expand our wealth.
