There are always a great many horror reports from individuals who have remained in hotels and acquired a miserable experience. No criminal offense to those people, but working there is not all rainbows and sausages either. The front office, usually the first and previous point of contact, is where the vast majority of foolishness occurs. And the front office agent is see to it all. One particular front desk agents was me. Equipped with bitterness, sarcasm, and general unpleasantness, I try to endure the world of The Hotel, a location filled with overly perky HR people, brain numbingly dull coworkers, and managers sent direct from the darkest pit of Hell. That isn't to mention the guests, a whole variety of crazy all independently.
