The Western Mail Order Bride-to-be: Weston B. Freeman & His English Lady, Eleanor, is an excellent story about an entrepreneur in old Montana, Weston B. Freeman. He has a checkered and vibrant and sometimes sordid past but he finally wishes to stay down - and he's lonesome. He advertises for a mail order bride but it's a long wait, until a woman from England turns up at his club unannounced. She's attracted to him immediately and he to her, but a little later a couple of things surface from his history, then his present, that may throw their set up into utter misunderstandings. An emotional climax ends this storyline about the old western world and its often colorful people. There are topics of Christian beliefs, mild assault, and a little mild words in the storyplot, but it is suitable for all but the youngest of listeners.
