In the mean time a disgruntled Russian atomic scientist buys dangerous Polonium 210 to be injected into four missiles, which can be then cleverly placed on the freighter in the interface of Gdansk. It sails to NEW YORK and matches up with the yacht. Through devious means,the terrorists have the ability to place these missiles on a vehicle and into a tunnel under the Hudson River. The good individuals who are looking to thwart this plot include three previous SEALs, one of whom is a vessel examiner with the seacoast officer auxiliary, and a lovely undercover Interpol agent aboard the yacht. Scenes shift from Venice to a location in Poland where Polonium has been buried to a top secret laboratory where in fact the bombs are put together and lastly to City Island, NY. The bombs are secreted within an abandoned hospital on a small island - Rat Island - until they are simply transported to floor zero. The major concern for the SEALs after they discover that missiles are aboard the yacht is to find out where they are simply hidden and finally where and how the bombs are going to be exploded. The climax occurs in a tunnel filled with autos. Will the SEALs have the ability to thwart this terrorist harm?
