Confronted with a dwindling and increasing age congregation, the church has been pressured to shut down the majority of their building and has dismissed a lot of its staff. With limited money, they shutter almost all their ministries and programs, going out of only a couple of adult Weekend school classes and a Weekend morning worship service. Whenever a homeless man freezes to loss of life on the steps of their sanctuary, the church begins to re-examine their quest and priorities.
