The Baltic Triangle is an release to the high octane world of Jack port Malaney, an unpretentious, but highly brilliant, Scotsman. Jack's experiences span several ages as he expands from North Atlantic fisherman as key engineer on the Russian Trawler to CEO of a few of the world's biggest companies. As Jack port moves from job to job, country to country, he is also working as a British brains agent. The Baltic Triangle deals with how Jack port is recruited in to the key service and practices him on his first two missions. He detects himself on an extremely steep learning curve, when he is sent back to his vessel to spy on the Russian trawler fleet. Some of the boats in the fleet are suspected to be supplying Russian submarines functioning off the coastline of the USA and Canada. Things do not go corresponding to plan, and Jack port detects himself in a terrifying struggle for success against ruthless Soviet providers and the unforgiving North Atlantic. He escapes loss of life by stealing a lifeboat and is also rescued by the united states coastguard, experiencing hypothermia and dehydration. On his go back to Glasgow he is persuaded to undertake another mission, this time in North Ireland.
