When you have downloaded this audiobook, chances are that you will be struggling to handle a parent who's difficult. I have dealt with my talk about of difficult people, as well as the difficult people who my readers and listeners often seek my advice on. I hope that the knowledge that we have collected within the last four decades can help you with the difficult person in your life, and will preferably encourage the difficult romantic relationship toward some sort of sanity and peacefulness. Difficult parents and difficult people are just about everywhere. I estimate that we now have far more than 30 percent of the population who have personality disorders and mental disorder. Those who are positively seeking treatment are counted on the statistics by NIMH (the Country wide Institute of Mental Health), however the numbers seem low in my personal point of view. Many of us know a large number of people who have mental disorder problems or personality characteristic issues who had been never diagnosed. The simple truth is that many people who have narcissistic personality disorder, OCPD, schizoid disorder, avoidant personality disorder, anti-social personality disorder, psychopathy, conduct disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, battered girl syndrome, paranoid personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and many others don't seek any type of diagnosis or treatment throughout their lives. This is particularly true with men and women who are negative perfectionists experiencing OCPD - rigidness, arrogance, and inflexibility. We often label people to be difficult, eccentric, and an array of other titles, but we don't consider that they have a personality disorder root their bad and unacceptable behaviours toward others. Many of us come from households full of folks who are exhibiting the many symptoms of personality disorders. If your family member has a "label" for their condition, they have learned, acquired or grown up with a dysfunctional way of associated with other people.
