It would save lives, curtail air pollution, save us (as individuals!) money, save us massive time, introduce accountability, and make transport a pleasure instead of an enormous pain in the throat. Because this is the first-ever complete booklet on this topic, the space and depth are essential. He demonstrates this is not some libertarian fantasy but the most practical application of free-market reasoning. Block is working with something that confronts us every day.
