Scrum is a simple framework which allows us to complete assignments, consistently improve, and get an early return on investment. Author's note: I write this text as a qualified scrum get good at with experience in international blue-chip companies dating back again to 1999. That experience includes leading assignments for the BBC, Basic Electric, Oracle, BSkyB, HiT Entertainment (in charge of Angelina Ballerina, Bob the Builder, and other titles that you like watching with your kids or siblings but won't acknowledge to), and Razorfish. These roles have all engaged leadership on a wealth of mobile, Internet Television, and web software assignments. Life is not perfect, and the greatest lessons of most are learned by making mistakes and increasing. Although I've always endorsed The Scrum Guide as the expert on scrum and the official rulebook, some things can be learned only from experience. It is because although The Scrum Guide does educate you on the scrum rules, nothing can completely prepare you for how to proceed when things do not go matching to plan. In my years as a software engineer, scrum get good at, and agile stock portfolio manager, my encounters and implementing constant improvement have trained me the most. The encounters have been both good and bad. They have engaged errors by my colleagues and, more importantly, errors by me. I've found our own mistakes tend to be the largest wake-up calls of most. However, I've also learned that as long as we truly examine and adjust, we always increase hugely from our errors. I wrote this e book because I've found that my encounters and errors are also valuable to others. It is because they allow others to foresee some situations before they happen and reap the benefits of my experience. This e book is by means of short stories, because they're stories of my life. Furthermore because this format should help amuse you while enlightening you.
