A Little Hero occurs during some summer time days at a manor house outside of Moscow, where people of the Russian upper school enjoy themselves with luxurious celebrations, scenic outings, and various carefree pursuits. The main character can be an 11-year-old youngster who becomes fascinated with and falls deeply in love with the stunning and melancholic Madame M, who's a grown-up, married woman. From the boy's clear look we gain an insight into what is going on behind the polished surface of the manor and its guests, including the unequal balance between the sexes and the grown-ups' condescending and thoughtless patterns toward the kids. In addition, the storyplot is made up of some very abundant depictions of landscaping and the natural area and is first of all a lovely representation of an boy's first meeting with erotic love. When Dostoyevsky was imprisoned in 1848 for groundbreaking activity - because of his account in the intellectual group the Petrashevsky Group - he was sent to the well-defended Peter and Paul Fortress in Saint Petersburg, which housed the most dangerous convicts. He spent eight months there while awaiting his phrase. After 90 days he was allowed a candle in his cell, and he immediately surely got to focus on writing a tale, which became A Little Hero.
