The Magic Strings of Frankie Presto by Mitch Albom is a book about the imaginary musician Frankie Presto and his amazing journey through music and life. Frankie's life story is told from the point of view of music, a imaginary narrator. That is fitting, considering that Frankie was one of the world's most significant guitarists. The storyplot, however, commences at its end: Frankie has perished throughout a music festival. During a performance, his body levitates and then drops to the stage. The novel starts at Frankie's funeral, where music-industry results - including nonfictional music artists such as Lyle Lovett and Ingrid Michaelson - have accumulated to pay their respects and reveal their thoughts about the deceased guitarist. Music, the narrator, uses the chance of the funeral to reflect on Frankie's life. Please Take note of: That is an overview and evaluation of the book and NOT the original book!
