This is actually the fourth e book about my kid Jodi, who may have autism. This time though, it's a journey on the wall account into a tiny part of his life since he shifted out of our family home. With this audiobook, I hope to show it's possible for individuals with learning difficulties and other related disabilities to have independently with the right support. I hope you'll find it interesting and encouraging. This book is approximately Jodi, Ben, and Alex, who all have learning difficulties, and also personal budgets. They are extremely lucky! All three lads have different disabilities and couldn't possibly go on their own. However, the local council has given each of them an annual personal budget, which means they could design their own lives. With the right support strategies, they could gain access to life skill activities to make them as independent as you possibly can. Jodi, Ben, and Alex pooled their money so they get regular support. They are in rented accommodation, and each have their own tenancy agreements. They keep their house so clean and tidy, it's often referred to by the local authorities as a great exemplory case of how good stuff can be for impaired people when you get three things right. They are:
- The right mixture of people. (Similar age ranges and capabilities).
- The right support. (Parent involvement and personnel who are interested, interesting, enthusiastic and caring).
- The right accommodation. (Must be large enough for everybody to obtain their own private space as well as shared rooms).
